At BuddyPawZ, we want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- Unused, clean, and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging, if possible
- Returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation

For hygiene and safety reasons, grooming products, pet accessories, or items that have been heavily used, damaged, washed, or contaminated with pet hair may not be eligible for return unless they arrived defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address. The item must be shipped to the address provided by our customer support team or to our store return location.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact us first.

Lost or Delayed Returns

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost during shipping.

Order Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item.
