Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch for all destinations.

Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location, order weight, and the shipping carrier available at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 3–5 business days for tracking information to become active.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are outside our control and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to predict or cover these costs.
Returns — Shipping Costs
In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at o75439780@gmail.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
